Thank you for being part of the Stone Real Estate Logan West community. We’re excited to announce that your property management services are transitioning to Vanilla Rentals.

Whether you’re an owner or a tenant, we’ve made it a priority to ensure this transition is simple, smooth, and supportive for you.

Office Location – will remain at Stone Real Estate West Logan. Vanilla Rentals are subleasing office space. So nothing will change for you and your tenants – apart from contact details 

Vanilla Rentals takes the responsibility of managing your properties very seriously and sees it as a privilege. 

What You Need to Know

  • Property related questions
    Robyn Seeds (robyn@vanillarentals.com.au) will be your dedicated Property Manager, backed by a full support team.
  • Transition related questions
    Shaun Stamm (shaun@vanillarentals.com.au) will personally call each of you to answer any questions and guide you through the transition.
  • Zoom Sessions (Webinars)
    Simon Hatherell (CEO of Vanilla Rentals) will host Zoom information sessions, where you’ll have the chance to ask questions and hear more about how we’ll support you going forward.

For Property Owners

As an owner, your trust and investment are our highest priority. Here’s what to expect:

  • Full-time support for your property through Robyn and our team.
  • Regular communication to keep you informed and confident.
  • Dedicated transition support — Shaun will call you individually to explain everything and answer any questions.
  • Zoom sessions hosted by Simon to discuss Vanilla Rentals’ approach to property management.

For Tenants

As for your tenants, we want to ensure they continue to enjoy the highest level of service. Here’s what’s happening:


  • Tenants will receive a formal welcome email from Vanilla Rentals, including all the updated contact information and some helpful tips to make the transition nice and smooth.
  • Robyn will be their primary contact for tenancy matters. With support from our Maintenance Manager Jude Fox and Tash Mailath who deals with all arrears and lease renewals.
  • Rent Payments - Nothing will change for your tenants as we will be using the existing DEFT payment system provided by Macquarie Bank.
